Airbnb Revenue Analyzer — Chrome Extension

Overview

Airbnb Revenue Analyzer ("the Extension") estimates monthly rental revenue for Airbnb listings by reading publicly visible page data. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about what data we access and how we use it.

Data We Access

When you visit an Airbnb listing page, the Extension reads the following publicly visible information from the page:

This data is processed entirely on your device to generate revenue estimates. It is not sent to any external server.

Data We Store Locally

The Extension uses chrome.storage.local to store the following data on your device:

All locally stored data can be cleared by removing the Extension.

Anonymous Analytics

The Extension sends anonymous usage events to Google Analytics 4 via the Measurement Protocol. These events include:

These events are associated with a randomly generated client ID and contain no personally identifiable information. No listing URLs, prices, or browsing history are sent to Google Analytics.

Data We Do NOT Collect

Third-Party Services

The only third-party service used is Google Analytics 4 for anonymous usage statistics. Google's privacy policy applies to the data they receive: Google Privacy Policy.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, transfer, or share any user data with third parties, except for the anonymous analytics events sent to Google Analytics as described above.

Changes to This Policy

If we make changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date below. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
